Thank you for your attention! is not a traditional novel, but a humorous and autobiographical collection of presentations and lectures.

The title directly refers to the fixed closing line with which Toon Kortooms invariably ended his performances. Since he was accidentally asked to speak for the first time in 1937, he has performed to a full house more than two thousand times. In this book, he looks back on his turbulent life as a public speaker with his characteristic self-deprecating humor.
