Withdraw from an order
Use the form to clearly notify us that you wish to withdraw from a purchase. An email to info@boeken-plein.nl is also accepted; the form is not mandatory.
Your cooling-off period
You can notify us of your withdrawal up to 14 days after receipt. After that notice, you have another 14 days to return the books. You do not need to give a reason.
What happens after your notice?
We use your details only to process your withdrawal and return. Keep a copy of your message. Return costs and refunds are explained on the Returns page.
