Meet Frank van Berlo – the face behind Boeken-Plein.nl

My name is Frank van Berlo and my love for books began long before Boeken-Plein.nl came into existence.

In 2014, I started selling books driven by my passion for reading and a growing collection. What began as selling at local markets evolved into an extensive collection with thousands of titles.

Due to the increasing stock, we moved to a larger location in 2019. A significant milestone followed in 2025 with the launch of our own webshop, Boeken-Plein.nl. This allows book lovers from all over the Netherlands to easily discover and order unique books.

In 2026, Boeken-Plein.nl entered a new chapter. Tom van Berlo joined the company and has since worked with Frank on the further growth and development of Boeken-Plein.nl. Together, they are committed to expanding the assortment, continuously improving service, and preparing the company for the future.

Floor van Berlo is also actively involved with Boeken-Plein.nl. She supports the company in various areas and contributes with her dedication to daily operations and the further development of the enterprise. This is how we collectively build a strong family business, where a passion for books is central.
