The entire village of Lenten is turned upside down when festive events are planned in which the Kameleon plays a leading role. Hielke and Sietse, meanwhile, try to lend a hand with a local issue that is causing a stir. After a series of exciting misunderstandings and adventures on the water, everything fortunately ends well, and the flag can finally be hoisted.
