Detectives with the Kameleon - H. de Roos

Kees Dijkstra, the miller's son, is somewhat of an outsider among the youth of Lenten. He prefers reading comic books to playing with other boys, and he sometimes plays strange pranks. One day, when Kees takes a few coins from the major, he immediately regrets it. So he secretly puts them in the jacket pocket of Louw Vrolijk, who has just moved to the village. Of course, Louw is immediately suspected of having stolen the coins when constable Zwart finds them in his jacket. But Hielke and Sietse don't believe it and decide to investigate.
