Fat Frank and Thin Fred - Toon and Ingrid Kortooms

Doruske and Drieske form the ultimate comedic duo from the Peel. Kortooms portrays them with a generous dose of humor, gentle mockery, and necessary tenderness. Their names immediately reveal their appearances:

• Chubby Doruske: The portly, somewhat sluggish, but life-loving half of the duo.

• Thin Drieske: The scrawny, active, and often somewhat nervous counterpart.

Together they run a legendary and extremely primitive pub/shop in the Peel, called "In de drie rammelaars" (In the Three Rattles). This establishment is the hub of many of their adventures and a meeting place for the colorful characters from the region.
