Antonina's Zoo

This compelling true story is set in Warsaw during World War II and follows zoo owners Jan and Antonina Żabiński. After the zoo is largely destroyed by bombing, they use the empty enclosures and their own villa to hide hundreds of Jewish refugees from the ghetto. At great risk to their own lives, they manage to save hundreds of people from the Nazi occupation.
